We are looking for a graphic designer with marketing experience. A candidate with a background working in property development is most suitable for this role.
The role would be to create brochures, brand guidelines (for each new development), and come up with slogans and strap lines for anything from invitations to building names. You will have to provide the artwork for various marketing tools. Create logos and develop branding for the company, as well as for each new project.
You would need to be able to make suggestions for marketing ideas and be aware of current trends. You will also need to create newsletters, presentations etc... The ideal candidate needs to be someone to help in everything related to graphic design work - from the smaller items to the larger items. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team and be use to developing an idea from the initial concept stage after being given a brief of what is desired. You should be knowledgeable in the Dubai Market and possibly other international markets. You should also have knowledge on binding and printing costs.
A portfolio of work will be required to be presented for this role.
Apart from technical and drawing skills, you will need to show:

A university degree with majority in marketing or graphic design
Full technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.)
Excellent knowledge of online communication and social media platforms
Experience in creating marketing concepts
Experience in creating marketing communication plans
2-3 years of minimum of practical working experience in creating brochures, company visual profile including logos & marketing collateral

developing design briefs that suit the purpose;
thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
presenting finalised ideas and concepts to account managers;
working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print;
should be on an advanced/professional level with all adobe creative suites
