As the European samurai William Adams, you'll have to slash your way through all manner of cunning, resilient enemies in the pursuit of new gear, upgraded abilities, and that surge of accomplishment that comes with finally beating a gruelling boss fight. And don't think of this as a knock-off - Nioh distinguishes itself from Dark Souls in some pretty crucial ways, so fans of FromSoftware's lauded series should enjoy Nioh's refreshing tweaks to a proven formula.
